Crisis Management: A Pressing Issues Forum

Pressing Issues: Crisis Management

The Press Club of Toledo’s ‘Pressing Issues’ forums are organized around timely and high-profile topics driven by the news of the day. Panelists representing the newsroom and PR industry debate the issues and invite audience response.

The ‘Toledo Water Crisis’ of 2014 brought the issue of crisis management to the forefront. The Press Club of Toledo is holding a forum to discuss how PR professionals can effectively communicate during a crisis. The Crisis Management Pressing Issues Forum will be held on February 27th at the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library’s Main campus.

The Pressing Issues format includes a panel of experienced PR professionals, offering their insight on the subject matter. We’ll look at how organizations and businesses can manage the message and how news professionals gather and deliver information. This professional development event is open to the public and admission is free.
